Especially for the " Winter Tales " weekend of 21 and 22 December 2013, Lichtbende made a mechanical magic lantern performance for the Municipal Theatre Sittard - Geleen.
On the stage of the main hall a jumble of ancient magic lanterns projected mechanically propelled winter scenes on the giant screen of 16-9 m. A slow moving landscape of transparent plastics and ice crystals. In the frozen pond a lonely bird skating, mysterious northern lights reflected from strange creatures... This fairytale scenes with alternate tracks and sounds took you into a magical and poetic world of winter.
